Due to auditing requirements, a combined annual coverage option is no longer available. Students enrolled in the fall coverage period may renew their coverage during the Spring/Summer Open Enrollment Period if they continue to meet the eligibility requirements.

Waiver Periods

The Summer waiver deadline ended 06/04/2021. The online waiver system can no longer accept new waiver requests.

Am I Eligible for Continuation Insurance?

Continuation of Coverage is only available to Insured Students and covered Dependents who have graduated or are no longer eligible for coverage under the University of Houston LCC Student Health Insurance Plan. Covered students must have been insured for at least three (3) continuous months before coverage terminated under the Prior and/or Current Plan.
